Stephen Gierl began his financial services career in 1978 as a life insurance agent with Prudential Insurance and has been serving individual, corporate and municipal clients ever since. With more than 40 years of experience as a financial advisor, Steve is a principal of GA Investment Management, a Certified Financial Planner™. He is an eight-time winner of the Pittsburgh Magazine “Five-Star Wealth Manager”1 accolade.

A frequent guest speaker, Steve has taught numerous financial planning courses. He has served as an officer and past president of the Fox Chapel Rotary and the Sarver Chapter of Business Network International, and as a member of the Financial Planning Association and the Butler County Industrial Development Authority.

A graduate of West Virginia University, Steve enjoys golf, tennis, fishing and all outdoors activities and is a die-hard Pittsburgh and WVU sports fan. Steve lives in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Susie, and they have four children, one grandchild and a faithful dog. As Steve puts it, “What could be better than working in a business with your wife, and now kids, serving the financial planning needs of friends that became clients and clients that became friends!”
